• Online consultations via phone, video call, or messaging

• Numerology, palmistry, and Vastu consultations
• Remedial measures and guidance

Appointments and Consultations

Booking

• Appointments can be booked via phone, WhatsApp, email, or our website contact form
• Consultations are subject to availability
• Please provide accurate contact information and birth details
• Confirmation will be sent via phone or message

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time
• Late cancellations (within 24 hours) may be subject to charges
• No-shows will be charged the full consultation fee
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances

Online Consultations

• Ensure a stable internet connection for video consultations
• Choose a quiet environment for your consultation
• Have your birth details and questions ready
• Consultations may be recorded for quality purposes (with your consent)

Fees and Payment

• Consultation fees are communicated at the time of booking
• Payment is required before or at the time of consultation
• We accept cash (in-person), bank transfer, UPI, and major credit/debit cards
• Fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been provided
• We reserve the right to modify fees with prior notice

Refund Policy

• Full Refund: If we cancel your appointment due to unavailability on our end
• No Refund: After the consultation has been provided
• Partial Refund: At our discretion for technical issues during online consultations
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days

User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Use the services for personal purposes only
• Respect the confidentiality of your consultation
• Not share or record consultations without consent
• Not use our services for illegal or harmful purposes
• Not harass or abuse our staff or astrologer
